It is easier to stay well then to get well!
I know you have all heard this statement over and over throughout your years. But it can never be so true. It is far easier to stay well then it is to try to get well once you are sick. Ask any one with a chronic or debilitating illness. They will tell you that this for sure is true.
In all my years as the chiropractor I have come down to the opinion that the detoxification system of your body is by far one of the most important things that you can support for continued health. What does that entail? Eat as clean a diet as possible, exercise (because it makes you sweat which is very important for detoxificatio), and doing periodic liver cleanses. I routinely recommend a light detox every change season, which is quarterly, or four times a year. My detoxes are not heavy duty they are meant just to maintain the body, clean the tank, and allow your engine to run smoothly.
The detoxes come in the form of tea or products that I can trust. Our in house detox contains things like zeolites and minerals that support the detoxification process and bind heavy metals while feeding the cells of your body.
